At Montgomery Hassell , we have been in the people business for almost 4 decades.  We have started multiple manufacturing and distribution facilities, retail stores and service sector businesses.  We have developed people strategies to turn around struggling plants, reduced turnover, designed/executed industry setting safety records, designed / executed recruiting strategies resulting in hundreds of hires and timely starting of off shifts to expand capacity.

We have developed / executed employee engagement strateties, trained thousands  of managers / supevisors / C-suite executives.
